The Ab buffer kit can be used with all of the HiTrap™, SpinTrap™ and MultiTrap™ formats containing protein A and protein G, as well as the Ab SpinTrap. Designed to address the need for flexible small scale preparation of antibody samples, e.g. detection agents and in screening applications.
The HiTrap format is for use in chromatography applications, the SpinTrap is ideal for use in a benchtop centrifuge whereas the MultiTrap is ideally suited to automation and robotics.
