Enzyme Fragment Complementation (EFC) for kinase activity

HitHunter Kinase Assays use standard kinase reaction conditions followed by two simple reagent additions for EFC detection.

Kinase EFC Chemiluminescence HitHunter Assays

HitHunter EFC Chemiluminescence Assays for functional kinase activity are an antibody-based competitive binding format that uses EFC chemiluminescent detection. HitHunter EFC Assays provides sensitivity through signal amplification. The signal generated is proportional to the amount of phosphopeptide generated by the kinase.



Each fully configured kit includes:

  • Phosphorylated kinase substrate-specific antibody
  • Phosphorylated kinase substrate
  • Phosphorylated kinase substrate control
  • Non-phosphorylated kinase substrate
  • Enzyme acceptor (EA)
