Image and Data Quality

Superior optics and illumination deliver exceptional quality images with rapid image acquisition.

Nikon objectives, a range of excitation and emission filters, dichroic mirrors, highly sensitive CCD camera and xenon lamp.

A broad range of validated, pre-developed analysis modules eliminates user subjectivity and ensures the highest data accuracy.

IN Cell Analyzers can perform both population-averaged measurements as well as individual cell measurements. Cell population-averaged measurements allow rapid interpretation of responses within a well. Individual cell measurements provide essential information about the behaviour of heterogeneous cell populations that might be missed when using population-averaged measurements.

Rapid offline data analysis and batch analysis maximizes instrument utilization. Intelligent use of multi-parameter cell data for automated identification and filtering of cell sub-populations- powerful supervised classification capabilities allow the user to define phenotypically distinct classes of cells, and create automated classification routines that assign cells to the defined classes.

‘Open’ software enables integration, data storage and mining. IN Cell Analyzer 1000 can to link to commonly used data mining and informatics systems including GE Healthcare’s discoveryHub, Cellomics (HCiTM) informatics and Spotfire® DecisionSiteTM.
