Microtitre plate coating & filling
We have dedicated, environmentally controlled, Microplate coating facilities with production scales ranging from 100 to 1200 plates per run, with 96 or 384-well coating capability. Variation in optical density (OD) across a plate has a coefficient of variation of <5%. Our specialist blocking agent offers stabilization of coating, and reduction of non-specific binding to <0.1 OD units.
We also offer a fully automated microplate filling service which includes for example the preparation of plates containing screening compounds in DMSO solutions which can be shipped anywhere in the world under controlled temperature conditions. |
