| Purification of recombinant hepatitis B virus-like particles (VLP) can be accomplished by combining cross flow filtration and chromatography. Details of the process are published by Belew et al in Bioseparation (1991) 1: 397-408. The process is scalable and the product meets high purity requirements. |  |
