IgG
The purification scheme showed has been developed for purification of IgG from fresh frozen plasma or recovered plasma. IgG produced by this method complies fully with the European Pharmacopoeia.
This method gives more than 99 % pure IgG and a recovery of 4 g IgG / L plasma. SD technology (see BioSafety section under Products) is used for virus inactivaton. The final product is a 5% solution of IgG.
