G2M Cell Cycle Phase Markers assay This assay enables real-time examination of cell cycle phases in individual cells. In particular, the assay has been designed to resolve and quantitate cells at the G2 to M transition point without synchronization and destruction of cells. Utilizes Aequorea victorea GFP: the established benchmark fluorescent protein technology.
This product can be visualised on the IN Cell Analysis System - a total solution for high-content sub-cellular analysis in research and drug discovery. This product can also be visualised on other imaging equipment and fluorescent microscopes.

Cell Proliferation Assay This assay enables precise, fast, and simple quantitation of cell proliferation with a fluorescent endpoint. The assay utilizes nuclease digestion of DNA to allow antibody access to incorporated BrdU. Detection of bound antibody is achieved using a Cy5 labeled antibody to mouse immunoglobulin giving a fluorescent signal at sites of BrdU incorporation. Because there are no adverse affects on cell/tissue morphology, the Cell Proliferation Fluorescence Assay is ideal for use with automated sub-cellular imaging equipment and fluorescent microscopes.

G1S Transition Assay This kit provides a system for the initiation of semi-conservative DNA replication under somatic cell cycle control. G1ST kit presents a unique homogeneous, high-throughput cell-free screening assay that has the capacity to identify inhibitors or stimulators of the initiation of DNA replication on the IN Cell Analyzer or on the confocal microscope. The assay is homogeneous, easy to perform and requires straightforward addition of components with minimum dilution steps.
