Recommeded equipment and settings for the in vivo product range
GFP assays are widely used to study kinases in single-parameter assays performed on a variety of instruments, including standard fluorescence and confocal microscopes. GFP can also be used in higher throughput, multi-parameter assays performed on all high-content analysis systems including GE Healthcare's IN Cell Analyzer instruments.
