Which Modality?
| Whatever modality you need the LEADseeker can sensitively detect all popular screening assay formats: scintillation proximity assays, luminescence, fluorescence intensity and FRET, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, and time-resolved FRET. |
|
LEADseeker™ Multimodality Imaging System offers you
Time-resolved fluorescence: achieved by a xenon flash lamp with gate timing controlled by a ferro-electric shutter. The instrument is supplied with a range of filters with space for new filters can be changed very easily as the specially designed bar-coded filter cartridges can only be inserted into the five-position filter wheel in the correct orientation.
Fluorescence Polarization: achieved through use of an efficient epi-illumination system incorporating a quartz halogen tungsten lamp light source and user-selectable excitation and emission filters for optimal detection of your dye of choice.
Radiometric Imaging: As well as imaging radiochemical and radioligands you can also image the range of SPA Imaging beads. These beads have a range of coatings to allow a variety of targets to be screened. These assays can be detected in 96 to 1536 well plates on Multimodality Imaging System and other suitably configured imaging systems.
LEADseeker Imaging Systems also have other features such as very precise plate location mechanism, fast data acquisition, and data read-out times, which all contribute to increased throughput.
