1536-well assay protocol

1. 2 µl MIP-1a at 1.33 mM in assay buffer (50 mM HEPES, pH7.2, 1 mM MgCl2, 1 mM CaCl2)
2. 2 µl CCR1 receptor (3.13 µg)
3. 2 µl [125I] MIP-1a (IM285; 7.5 nCi/well)
4. 3 µl WGA polystyrene (RPNQ0260) beads (125 µg/well)
5. Seal the plate and incubate at room temperature for 120 minutes
6. Image for 10 minutes
