1536-well assay protocol
  1. 15 µl binding buffer containing: 10 mM Hepes, pH 7, 20 mM sodium acetate, 0.2 mM EDTA, 0.05% (v/v) Nonidet P40
  2. 5 µl 50 mM DTT
  3. 5 µl 10 mg/ml BSA
  4. 5 µl 780 µCi/mmole [3H]DNA
  5. 5 µl 10 nM p50 protein
  6. Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes
  7. 5 µl (0.5 mg) anti-GST antibody (27-4577-01)
  8. 5 µl (0.5 mg) polystyrene protein A bead (RPNQ0264)
  9. Incubate at room temperature for 60 minutes
  10. Image for 5 minutes
