384-well assay protocol

  1. 48 µl containing: biotinylated ß-amyloid 1-40 peptide 0.25 µg, unlabelled ß-amyloid 1-40 peptide 1.25 µg, [125I] ß-amyloid (IM294) 1-40 peptide 15x103cpm, Pre-incubated at 370C for 5 mins prior to addition of: ZnCl2 100 mM, 50 mM Hepes pH7.5, 0.1% (w/v) BSA
  2. Streptavidin polystyrene beads (RPNQ0261) 12 µl (0.5 µg)
  3. Incubate for 3 hours at 37oC
  4. Incubate overnight at room temperature
  5. Image for 5 minutes
