Target molecules

We have several decades of experience purifying biomolecules. This section is an attempt to give you a head start when developing a process for a specific target molecule by applying this experience.

In a few cases, for example the purification of proteins from human plasma, it will be possible to apply a complete process directly. In most cases however, there will be significant differences in the nature of the target molecule (every monoclonal antibody has unique properties, for example) and the feedstock (a specific cell line grown in a bioreactor gives an impurity profile with unique properties) which means that further method development will be required.
