Superdex 75 5/150 GL for gel filtration

Superdex™ 75 5/150 GL column is a new Tricorn™ column with a prepacked bed height of 150 mm. The column is an excellent choice when time, sample, and buffer consumption is more important than achieving the highest possible resolution. Highlights of the Superdex 75 5/150 GL column include:

Allows rapid size analysis with small sample volumes and low buffer consumption
Excellent for checking protein homogeneity during screening experiments
Complements the recently launched Superdex™ 200 5/150 GL column and expands the useful fractionation range of proteins analyzed by gel filtration

Superdex 75 5/150 GL is a gel filtration column designed for a wide range of applications such as screening of conditions for protein purification, study of protein homogeneity, and rapid purity check of proteins using less buffer and sample than with longer columns. The high-performance column provides excellent reproducibility in purification and can be operated with a range of chromatography systems.
