GSTrap 4B columns
GSTrap™ 4B columns are prepacked 1-ml and 5-ml HiTrap™ columns for convenient, one-step purification of GST-tagged proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-binding proteins. The columns are prepacked with Glutathione Sepharose™ 4B. The high binding capacity of GSTrap 4B columns complements the existing range of GSTrap FF and GSTrap HP columns, increasing the range of options available for purification of GST-tagged proteins.
