Capto DEAE - a new weak anion exchanger

Introducing Capto™ DEAE — a medium that complements the Capto product family by providing a  selectivity that is different from Capto Q. As a weak anion exchange medium, Capto DEAE expands the range of options available for purification and screening of proteins by ion exchange chromatography. The medium combines high binding capacity with high flow velocity and low backpressure to reduce process cycle times and increase productivity. As a BioProcess™ medium, Capto DEAE meets the demands of large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturers. 
 
In addition to different pack sizes of bulk media, HiTrap™ Capto DEAE prepacked 1 ml and 5 ml column formats are available for convenient small-scale purification, screening of selectivity, binding and elution conditions, and method scouting in process development.
