Pre-packed, single use spin columns and 96 well plates are optimized for the small scale preparation of protein samples and the enrichment of proteins of interest from clarified cell lysates and biological fluids.
The target protein is captured on an affinity molecule immobilized on the media and through the enrichment step it can be purified several hundred times, depending on the specificity of the antibody.
